In Australia, our L&D team develop training programs for Greenstone employees, providing a wide range of online and face-to-face learning sessions. Including role specific inductions, technical training, leadership development, skill building programs, and personal development to support the needs of the business and individual team members.
In Canada, financial support towards pre-approved learning and development opportunities is provided to team members to support their ongoing professional development and career growth.
Our Social Club in Australia is run by a dedicated committee who love to fill the year with fun events and activities, to surprise and delight our members. For a nominal amount each fortnight, which is matched by Greenstone, our members can enjoy some great benefits, including discounted events and shows, free events in the office, themed social events, free gifts and food days, and discounted movie tickets.
In Australia, Greenstone’s internal café, The Servo, offers our people a variety of healthy and tasty meal options each week.
