Our L&D team develop training programs for all Greenstone employees, providing a wide range of online and face-to-face learning sessions. Including role specific inductions, technical training, leadership development, skill building programs, and personal development to support the needs of the business and individual team members.

  Our Social Club is run by a dedicated committee who love to fill the year with fun events and activities, to surprise and delight our members. For a nominal amount each fortnight, which is matched by Greenstone, our members can enjoy some great benefits, including discounted events and shows, free events in the office, themed social events, free gifts and food days, and discounted movie tickets.

  In Australia, Greenstone’s internal café, The Servo, offers our people a variety of healthy and tasty meal options each week. Greenstone heavily subsidises the café, reducing prices for our employees. We also provide one free lunch per person, per week. Greenstone has also partnered with Morsl, a self-serve café that offers our team healthy snack options, with registered users receiving $10 credit each month.

  Onsite Gym and Classes

  The Greenstone Wellness Zone in our Norwest office is open 6 days a week, early to late. Our gym features a cardio room with state-of-the-art equipment and a separate studio with weights, steps, ropes, barre, TRX and more. Fully supervised classes include pilates, strength training and cardio, which run every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

  Recognition – Shine Awards Program

  Every quarter, our Shine Awards give Greenstone the opportunity to recognise and reward an outstanding team and individuals who embody our company values, has gone above and beyond in the pursuit of excellence, or who serves as a role model. Taking place in October, our Greenstone Annual Awards Dinner is when we announce our annual award winners and celebrate the company’s successes of the last twelve months.

  At Greenstone we know that we have extraordinary talent within our teams. We have individuals and/or groups that see opportunities to improve the way we do things in order to take Greenstone to another level and support building a stronger future. The Ignition Team would love to hear from those bright ‘sparks’ with new ideas and are prepared to reward handsomely! Once a year all members of Greenstone have the opportunity to share their ideas with the Ignition Team.
