    The health and wellbeing of our team is a priority, with an inspiring range of benefits and incentives on offer. These include an onsite gym with multiple classes each day, a subsidised café with a healthy and tasty menu that changes each week, seasonal gifts and an online Health and Wellbeing hub. Plus new initiatives that are introduced each month to help keep the minds and bodies of our team happy and healthy.

    At Greenstone, we offer a flexi-work week to encourage our team to find a healthy work-life balance as we strive to meet our collective goals. Our office attire is smart casual and depending on your years of service you will receive up to four Flexi Days a year in addition to your Annual Leave entitlement.

Our L&D team develop training programs for all Greenstone employees, providing a wide range of online and face-to-face learning sessions.     Our Social Club is run by a dedicated committee who love to fill the year with fun events and activities, to surprise and delight our members. For a nominal amount each fortnight, which is matched by Greenstone, our members can enjoy some great benefits, including discounted events and shows, free events in the office, themed social events, free gifts and food days, and discounted movie tickets.

  • Subsidised Café, Free Weekly Lunch, Morsl

    In Australia, Greenstone’s internal café, The Servo, offers our people a variety of healthy and tasty meal options each week. Greenstone heavily subsidises the café, reducing prices for our employees. We also provide one free lunch per person, per week. Greenstone has also partnered with Morsl, a self-serve café that offers our team healthy snack options, with registered users receiving $10 credit each month.

  • Onsite Gym and Classes

    The Greenstone Wellness Zone in our Norwest office is open 6 days a week, early to late. Our gym features a cardio room with state-of-the-art equipment and a separate studio with weights, steps, ropes, barre, TRX and more. Fully supervised classes include pilates, strength training and cardio, which run every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

    Every quarter, our Shine Awards give Greenstone the opportunity to recognise and reward an outstanding team and individuals who embody our company values, has gone above and beyond in the pursuit of excellence, or who serves as a role model.
