There’s always something going on at Greenstone and there is a buzz as soon as you enter our doors. From our quarterly Shine Award to team-building events, annual awards dinner and regular social events, you’ll never have a dull moment with us.
Recognition is one way we celebrate the contribution of our team. Every quarter, our Shine Awards give us the opportunity to recognise and reward an outstanding team and individuals who embody our company values, have gone above and beyond to achieve an outstanding result, or who serve as a role model. Each October, we come together for our Greenstone Annual Awards Dinner where we announce our annual award winners and celebrate in style.
Our annual Greenstone Team Challenge is a day we all look forward to. From mind puzzles, mud runs, yard games to long jump and volleyball, everyone gets involved and has a blast! We have a competitive spirit and it shows on the field leaving us with fun stories to share with our teams. We also have our annual Greenstone Table Tennis Championships where our teams battle it out for the coveted trophy where all proceeds go to our Greenstone Giving charities.
Special events are held throughout the year to help keep our team active and engaged, from trivia nights, 80’s-themed disco, virtual painting sessions to seasonal initiatives. We also encourage our team to take part in our Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10k & 5k run which raises much-needed funds for charity.
